Transferring Records

Salesforce allows you to transfer records to the LeadContact, or Account sections.

While logging in to Salesforce via Email-Researcher, click the drop-down arrow and select the section where you want to transfer the records.

The records will be transferred to the selected section (e.g., Lead).

Note: If you want to transfer records to the Account or Contact section, you must disconnect Salesforce from Email-Researcher and log in again to change the selection.

To disconnect, in the Email-Researcher Dashboard, click the drop-down arrow next to your email address in the top-right corner of the screen, then scroll down to All Integrations.
