How to Append Email Address

LeadGrabber Pro enables you to append the missing email IDs of your prospects based on First Name, Last Name and Company name.

After grabbing the contacts to the grid, you can append the missing email addresses of your prospects. LeadGrabber Pro also helps you to append email addresses for a list of contacts based on First Name, Last Name and Company name. You need to import the list of contacts into LeadGrabber Pro grid and try the following steps.

To append the missing email IDs of your leads,

  1. Switch to Screen View
           

  1. Select the records in the grid, click the drop-down arrow near the Append Contact Info button on the grid toolbar and select Append E-mail option.
           
You can append the missing email IDs of your leads in Screen View only. If you try to append email IDs in Find View, a pop-up message is displayed stating that the software will be switched to Screen View to continue processing.
The Append E-mail results are displayed in the E-mail field in the grid.
           

The found email is also displayed in the Email List tab in the Preview Pane.

           

You can also append the missing email IDs of your prospects by using the menu bar.
  1. Click Tools > Append > Append E-mail on the menu bar OR press Ctrl+E on the keyboard OR click to append the missing email IDs.
