How to get email address from contact name and company name in LeadGrabber Pro?
This article will show you how to grab the email using LeadGrabber Pro with just the name of the contact and company.
Step 1:
Importing your (.xlsx or .csv) files to LeadGrabber Pro.
Follow the process below.
I. Click on 'Import' option.
II. Once you click on 'Import', a dialogue box pops up. Select 'Microsoft Excel file' if you have your records saved in Microsoft Excel or you can choose 'Text or CSV file' option to upload your file. After you selected your file format then hit 'Next'.
III. In this dialogue box click 'Browse...' to choose your file to import by browsing through your local folders and hit 'Next'.
III. After selecting the file, Map the respective fields in correlation with LeadGrabber Pro fields.
[For example: If you have first name and last name separated in our database the choose 'First name' and 'Last name' respectively. If you have full name in one column then select 'Contact' from the dropdown list.]
After mapping click on 'Finish'.
[Note: If you are not sure to map your fields then click on 'Auto Map' to automatically map your fields. You can also save this mapping using 'Save Map'. You can reload this mapping by clicking 'Load Maps']
Step 2:
Once imported check your information on the grid.
Step 3:
After verifying you data, click on 'Append Email' to find email address for the selected records.
Step 4:
The LeadGrabber Pro will research for emails using a patented technology.
Step 5:
After append email process completes, Click on 'Copy'. From the drop down select 'Copy All to New Excel (eGrabber)'.
The data will be exported to Excel on your desktop.
