How to set up custom Email Patterns?

LeadGrabber Pro enables you to create your email patterns for various companies and build your own email pattern database. These email patterns can be used for Frame Email and Append Email options.



1. Click Options on the LeadGrabber Pro toolbar.




2. Click Append Settings > Email patterns

The LeadGrabber Pro – Email Patterns window is displayed.



You can set up manual email patterns by following the steps given below:

Enter the following:

  1. Email Formula - Enter the email formula in the abbreviated format - For example, Fn.Ln

Fn - First Name, Mn - Middle Name, Ln - Last Name, Fi - First Initial, Mi – Middle Initial, Li - Last Initial.

You can use your own customized email formula to set up email patterns manually.

  1. Company - Enter the company name.
  2. Website - Enter the company web URL.
  3. Email Domain - Enter the company email domain.
  4. Country - Enter the country name (location of the company). This is optional.

Click Add Row to add a new row to the end of the list.

Click Delete Row to remove the selected row.

You can also right-click on the cells to add or delete rows.

Click Apply and OK to save the settings.
