Will I get some kind of credits if the 1 deliverable email bounces?
We don't provide credit-back if the 1-deliverable email bounces, however, we provide the following
- We give you a credit-back of 5 emails for every email that we can't find, but you can find on the public Internet. If you do find such an email, to get your credit-back, please get in touch with support@egrabber.com
- We give you Co-Worker email addresses that you can reach out to, for Free. These are alternate contacts that you can reach out to, for back-channel marketing. For example, if a 1-deliverable email bounces, you can write to someone else saying "Hi, I was trying to get in touch with [enter person's name & email address], but looks like they don't work there anymore, can you please point me in the right direction or the right person?"
Unlike anybody else, our email addresses are checked with 3 industry leading email verification providers, so that you have a 95% deliverable rate on the 1-Deliverable emails.
We also suggest the following, if you see 1-Deliverable emails bouncing:
- We recommend using the 1-deliverable emails within 15 days of their research. The reason is, people change jobs and even 1-deliverable emails will not work when the target person leaves their job.
- Check your email-infrastructure if all the email configurations are fine. There are configurations like SPF, DKIM, etc that have to be set properly before your emails reach inboxes. Use a simple tool like mail-tester.com to identify any unexpected settings issues in your email infrastructure.
- Check the reason for the email bounce. Not all email bounces are the same. For instance, there are hard-bounces and soft-bounces. Hard bounces means that the person is not there. Soft bounces mean any of the following:
- target email box is full
- the target company has setup their inboxes to return any "unknown sender" emails
- target email server is temporarily under maintenance
