How to Paste Records into LeadGrabber Pro Grid

LeadGrabber Pro enables you to copy and paste the contact details from different sources into the contact grid. You can copy and paste single or multiple addresses; copy and paste contact details from an Excel/CSV file, from professional networking sites; copy and paste company names and their corresponding web URLs and you can also insert the contents of the Clipboard in a selected row.

  1. Click the drop-down arrow next to the Paste Records button on the LeadGrabber Pro grid toolbar.
                                                OR

  1. Click Edit > Paste Records on the LeadGrabber Pro Menu Bar.

The following options are displayed:

           

Select any one of the options to paste records into the grid:
  1. Paste Single Address - Inserts a single address/record into the respective fields of the contact grid. The address is pasted in a new row.
  2. Paste Multiple Address - Inserts multiple addresses/records into the respective fields of the contact grid. The addresses/records are pasted in new rows.
  3. Paste From Excel / csv - Inserts the contact records / details that are copied from an Excel / csv file into the contact grid. The contact details are pasted in the respective columns even if the column headers are not copied. This option is disabled when you try to paste records from LeadGrabber Pro Browser Pane.                 
  4. Paste contact in web-link (URL) - Inserts the contact details that are copied from professional networking sites (single or multiple) into the contact grid.
  5. Paste company with web-hyperlink - Inserts company names and their corresponding web URLs from sources where company names are displayed with their respective web URLs as hyperlink.
  6. Paste in selected row - Inserts the contents of the Clipboard in a selected row. This option enables you to overwrite the contact details in an existing row. Even if multiple rows are selected, the contents of the first row is overwritten by default. 
    7. Note: All the paste options except Paste in selected row inserts the contents of the Clipboard in new rows at the bottom of the grid. So when you paste records, LeadGrabber Pro scrolls down to the bottom of the contact grid to highlight and display the pasted records.
