LeadGrabber Pro enables you to find and replace text or number in the records that are available in the grid.

1. Click Edit > Find & Replace on the Menu Bar
   

Find Text

The Find tab is displayed by default.

Under Find what: enter the text or number to search the records in the grid.

Match case - Select this option to enable case sensitivity for the search.  

Match entire cell contents - Select this option if you want to search records using the entire text phrase or exact phrase.

1. Click Find Next to search the records with the given text or number.
   

To close the Find and Replace dialog box, click Close.

Replace Text

1. Click the Replace tab to find and replace.
   

 

Under Find what:, enter the text or number to search the records.

Under Replace with: enter the text or number to replace the search text or number.

1. Click Find Next to search the records with the given text or number.
   
2. Click Replace to substitute a single instance of the search text or number.
   
3. Click Replace All to substitute all instances of the search text or number. 

To close the Find and Replace dialog box, click Close.
