How to export the grabbed list to Excel?

LeadGrabber Pro enables you to quickly copy all the records or selected records from the grid to Excel file.

To copy records to Excel,

  1. Select the records in the grid.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow next to "Copy" button on the LeadGrabber Pro grid toolbar and select any one of the options: 






Copy All to New Excel – Select this option if you want to copy all the records in the grid to an Excel file.
Copy Selected to Excel – Select this option if you want to copy only the selected records in the grid to an Excel file.
Prepare New Excel – Select this option if you want to open a new Excel file with the column headers alone to copy the extracted data.


The records are instantly copied to the Excel file.

You can also export the data from the grid to Excel using the Export to csv option.

On the LeadGrabber Pro menu bar, click File > Export to csv option.




A Save As window is displayed.

  • Under File name: Enter a file name to save the CSV file.
  • Click Save.

Now, you have successfully exported the data from the to a CSV file.
