How to change views in the LeadGrabber Pro Grid?

LeadGrabber Pro enables you to view the extracted contact information in the grid using different views.

You can view the extracted information in the following views:

Click on the icons to display the respective views:

  1. All Columns View - Displays all the information that is available on the grid.
  2. Alphabetical View - Displays the grid columns in alphabetical order.
  3. Append CXO/EMAIL -Displays only these fields - Contact, Title, Company, Business Email, Business Email Rating, Business Phone, LinkedIn Id, Web, Company Revenue, Company Size and Industry.
  1. Companies View - Displays only the company and its contact details.
  2. Decision Makers View - Displays only the contact details of the decision makers.
  3. DEMO View - Displays only these fields - Contact, Title, Company, Business Email, Business Email Rating, Business Phone, LinkedIn Id, City, State, Zip, Country, Web and Source URL
  1. Email View - Displays only the email IDs, email host type, source URL, keywords, document created and modified date details.
  2. People Profiles View - Displays only the people's contact information.
When you select a view, the icon for the selected view is highlighted. You can also switch views by clicking .

It pops up a menu. Select a view from the list.


 

Hide empty columns - This option is selected by default. After extracting data to the grid, the columns that do not have any data will be hidden.

Add/Edit Views - Click this option to customize your views according to your requirements. 

A Customize Grid window is displayed.


Add Views

Click Add to add a customized view.

A Create New View window is displayed.

Enter a view name (Eg. My View) and click OK.

Now, you can customize your view by adding fields.

Click the drop-down arrow under Select Available Fields From to view the available fields.

Select All Fields to display all the fields. Now, select the field and click to add to your view. Eg. My View.

Click  if you want to remove a field from a view.

Use the arrows under Choose Fields Order: to set the order of fields.

After adding the fields, click OK to save the view.

The newly created custom view is now displayed under the list of views.


Edit Views

You can edit the various views that are available in LeadGrabber Pro but cannot delete the default views.

The default views are Alphabetical View, Companies View, People Profiles View, Decision Makers View, Demo View, Email View, Append CXO/EMAIL and All Columns View.

Click Delete to delete the custom views.

You can also switch views by clicking the drop-down arrow on the top right corner of LeadGrabber Pro window.
