How to Auto-Split a search with more than 1000 results in Build Queue Mode?

LeadGrabber Pro with Build Scheduler enables you to Auto-Split a single search with more than 1000 results.

Follow the steps given below:

1. Launch LeadGrabber Pro
(Ensure that Build Scheduler add-on is installed)

2. Login to your Sales Navigator account via the built-in browser in LeadGrabber Pro
(Ensure that the Build Queue Mode is ON)

3. Do your custom search.

4. Now, click Grab on the LeadGrabber Pro toolbar.
When your search result count is above 1000, an Add Build Queue – Alert is displayed.



You have two options:
  1. Yes, I want more than 1,000 > Launch Auto-Split – Select this option if you want more than 1000 profiles. Selecting this option will launch Auto-Split which will split the search into smaller chunks.
  2. No, just 1000 are enough > Add 1000 to Queue – Select this option if you want only 1000 profiles to be added to the build queue. Auto-Split will not launch. 
Select the first option - Yes, I want more than 1,000 > Launch Auto-Split and click Go.

Build Scheduler validates the search URL and displays the Auto-Split Search dialog box.
The Auto-Splitter will now break the large search link into smaller search segments based on the specified size of each segment (# of leads).



  1. Approx. size of each segment (# of leads) - Click the drop-down arrow and select the segment size based on the number of leads. You can select from a range of 400 to 1000.
  2. Campaign Name - Enter a campaign name that you or your team can easily identify. It is mandatory to fill this field.
  3. Notes - Enter any information that is relevant to the campaign. 
  4. Click Go.
  5. The Auto-Split Search window is displayed.



A dialog box pops up prompting the user to add the Auto-Split URLs to Build Queue.



Click Yes to add the URLs to the Build Queue.

When you click Yes, the Build Scheduler Settings window is displayed.



Enter the Build Name, specify the build settings, and click Add to queue.

The search URLs are added to the Build Queue.

A confirmation dialog box will be displayed.




Click OK to close the dialog box.

The added search URLs are displayed in the LeadGrabber Pro - Build Scheduler tab under the Build Queue folder as shown below.
