How to Append Phone Numbers
eadGrabber Pro enables you to append the missing phone numbers of your prospects based on the Company name.
To append the missing phone numbers of your prospects,
- Switch to Screen View.
Note: You can append the missing phone numbers of your prospects in Screen View only. If you try to append Phone numbers in Find View, a pop-up message is displayed stating that the software will be switched to Screen View to continue processing.
- Select the records in the grid, click the drop-down arrow near the Append Contact Info button on the grid toolbar and select Append Phone option.
The Append Phone results are displayed in the Business Phone field in the grid.
The found phone numbers are also displayed in the Phone List tab in the Preview Pane.
If a phone number is already available in the grid and if you perform Append Phone option, the newly found phone number gets appended to the existing phone number separated by a semicolon (;).
You can also append the missing phone numbers of the prospects by using the menu bar.
- Click Tools > Append > Append Phone on the menu bar OR press Ctrl+P on the keyboard to append the missing phone numbers.
