How does LeadGrabber help build a list of a targeted audience?

Here are the ways to utilize LeadGrabber Pro to build a targeted audience / prospect list.

1. Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator people search,
2. Using LinkedIn profile URLs or links.
3. Manually enter the necessary fields(name & company name) of the target audience.
4. Build a list of people attending an Event or a Webinar
5. Build a list of people who have clicked "LIKE" on a social post
6. Build a list of decision makers of companies attended a tradeshow, or webinar
7. Build a list of group members in any LinkedIn group

Step 1:

Inside the LeadGrabber browser, log in to your sales navigator account.


Step 2

Define the targeted audience using the filters available in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.



Step 3

Once the results are shown then, click on 'Grab'. LeadGrabber will copy the contact information into a spreadsheet grid.



Step 4

After the records are grabbed, you can review the records. You can delete any records you do not need. Then you can check-mark the records for which you require email/phone and begin the append process by clicking the 'Append Email' function in the tool bar.


If you have a list of only LinkedIn profile URLs in your CRM, or obtained from a LinkedIn profile-visiting or messaging tool, then you can paste those into the LeadGrabber and get all the other fields like Name, Company, Job Title, etc.

Step 1

Paste the LinkedIn Profile URLs into the LeadGrabber grid. If you don't see any empty rows in the grid, you can use the Insert toolbar command to insert 1 row and then click inside the LinkedIn ID column of that 1 row and paste. The LinkedIn URLs which you copied will now appear in the grid.

Step 2

Click on the 'Reverse lookup LinkedIn IDs' plugin from the toolbar. If you could not find this plugin on your product contact our support team to enable it for you. 


Step 3

LeadGrabber Pro has processed these LinkedIn URLs and found their name and company details. This is how the grid looks like after it's done. 

Step 4:
After the process completes, click on the 'Append Email' button to find the email addresses.


Case 3: Manually entering the necessary fields (name & company name) of the target audience.

If you just have names and companies of your target audience and need their business email address and phone number, then you can use LeadGrabber for this. 

Step 1

Prepare a list of 'Names' you wish to attain the information along with the 'Company name'.



Step 2

After verifying your data, click on 'Append Email' to find email address for the selected records.


If you need their LinkedIn Profile URLs as well, you will need a LeadGrabber plugin called the Append LinkedIn ID plugin. Contact support@egrabber.com to get this plugin.

Case 4: Build a list of people attending an Event or a Webinar

Case 5: Build a list of people who have clicked "LIKE" on a social post.

This is useful if you are seeing traction on your LinkedIn posts / shares, or that of  a social influencer's or even your competitors. You can build a list of all those engaged people and reach out to them. 



Case 6: Build a list of decision makers of companies attended a tradeshow, or webinar.

Usually, the people who attend a conference, tradeshow or webinar are NOT the main decision makers in that company. However, their attendance indicates that their company is highly interested or engaged in the topic of the conference, tradeshow or webinar.

So you have a qualified audience, you just need the decision makers and their bosses, so you can reach out to them and engage in a business dialog.

To build a list of decision makers of a company which have attended a tradeshow or webinar, follow steps below.

Step 1

If you have an available list of companies, contact name and designation who have attended the webinar or prepare one with afore mentioned fields. Import that list into LeadGrabber.



Step 2

Toggle to the find tab and you can find the option called 'search within accounts' just right above the grid. Look at the picture below for reference.


Click the highlighted 'Search within Accounts' button. It will direct you to the LinkedIn sales navigator account and pull up all the leads for first fifteen companies in your imported list.

LeadGrabber will take those inputs and provide you the LinkedIn result of available leads under those companies.

Step 3

Customize the people search result by picking the correct decision makers for you in 'Seniority Level'.


 

Step 4

Hit 'Grab' button on the top of LeadGrabber to begin the copy-paste process.



The Grab tool will grab the contacts in the search result.



Step 5

Click on 'Append email & phone' to append emails and phone numbers of the collected data. This way you can have the list of decision makers email address and phone numbers.



Append function will append the emails and phone numbers which are available in the internet and provide an output looking like the picture below.
