Before using Co-Worker's email addresses, we suggest you verify them, so that very old email addresses are eliminated, and you don't get any email bounces from those.
This article assumes that you already have built a list with LeadGrabber either by importing or grabbing a list, and you have already used the Append Email command on these contacts.
Step 1: Transfer the co-worker's emails to new project folder
We need to copy the co-worker's email addresses to another LeadGrabber project folder for ease of operation.
Your existing project folder will look something like this...
Coworker emails are found in the 'Found Coworker Email(s)' field.
- Left-click your mouse pointing one cell under 'Found Coworker Email(s)' field.
- Go to 'Coworker Email(s)' option.
- Select the 'Transfer Coworker Email(s) and Company Email(s)'.
Transfer dialog box pops up. Select 'Transfer to New Project' for new new project and fresh grid. Give name to the new project and hit 'Transfer' button at the bottom of the dialog.
Select 'Yes- Open New' in the dialog box.
If you missed this part and clicked "No - Don't Open" and couldn't find your transferred items then you can find the new folder using this red highlighted option in the image below. Last created projects are listed in the bottom of the list.
The result looks like this.
Step 2: Select.
Select the records, you can select a number of records by using 'Shift' key of your key keyboards and left click on your mouse and select 'Check Highlighted Row(s)'. or you can handpick each one by checking the boxes individually.
Step 3: Verify.
Verify the emails by clicking the 'verify email' option.
This option will verify and give you the probability of delivery. You can also track the progress by the change in icons. The green tick mark indicated the requested process is completed.

Once this step is done, you can export the emails and use the 1-Deliverable status emails. You may stop here, or you may decide to go ahead with the next contact enrichment step.
Step 4: Name and Company info.
Once you have your verified email addresses, it is useful to know the Name and Company of the person, especially for email merging. For this, we will be using 'Reverse Email Lookup' (this is an additional paid plugin).
