I need Email appended How can we import a list into LeadGrabber?
This article will show you how to import a list of contact information into LeadGrabber Pro, so that you can find the email and phone number.
Case 1: Importing Excel File into LeadGrabber Pro.
Prepare an Excel which has the necessary fields to find the email address and phone number.
Step 1: Prepare Excel
The minimum fields required to find email and phone numbers are 'Contact Name' and 'Company Name'. Other fields to consider are 'Company Website', 'LinkedIn URL', 'Title' (Designation of the employee), 'Country', 'City'.
The Excel file can look like this.
Step 2: Importing in LeadGrabber Pro.
The prepared file will be imported into LeadGrabber Pro using the option called 'Import'.
Step 3:
The Import dialogue box pops up. In which, select the option called 'Microsoft excel file' and click 'Next'.
Step 4:
In the below dialogue box, click on 'Browse' and navigate to the file location. Select the file from your device and hit 'Next'.
Step 4:
After selecting the file, Map the respective fields in correlation with LeadGrabber Pro fields.
[If you have the first name and last name separated in our database then choose 'First name' and 'Last name' respectively. If you have full name in one column then select 'Contact' from the dropdown list. For company name select the option called 'Company']
After mapping click on 'Finish'.
[Note: If you are not sure to map your fields then click on 'Auto Map' to automatically map your fields. You can also save this mapping using 'Save Map'. You can reload this mapping by clicking 'Load Maps']
Step 5:
Once finished, the field in LeadGrabber Pro will look like this.
Case 2: Importing Text / CSV File into LeadGrabber Pro.
Prepare a Text/CSV which has the necessary fields to find the email address and phone number.
Step 1: Prepare Text/CSV
The minimum fields required to find email and phone numbers are 'Employee Name' and 'Company Name'. Other fields to consider are 'Company Website', 'LinkedIn URL', 'Title' (Designation of the employee), 'Country', 'City', and etc.
The Text/CSV file can look like this.
Step 2: Importing in LeadGrabber Pro.
The prepared file will be imported into LeadGrabber Pro using the option called 'Import'.
Step 3:
The Import dialogue box pops up. In which, select the option called 'Text or CSV file(.txt/.csv)' and click 'Next'.
Step 4:
In the below dialogue box, click on 'Browse' and navigate to the file location. Select the file from your device and hit 'Next'.
Step 4:
After selecting the file, Map the respective fields in correlation with LeadGrabber Pro fields.
